诺丁汉孔院赴St Teresas Catholic小学开展中国新年工作坊
3月3日，诺丁汉孔子学院春节系列活动走进当地St Teresas Catholic小学, 孔子学院的老师们为2年级学生开展了中国新年工作坊活动，70多名师生在欢乐中感受了中国文化的魅力。
图1写书法——我为羊年送祝福
两个小时在学生们的欢声笑语中度过，大家不仅了解了中国“十二生肖”和“年”的故事，还学会了“你好”、“新年快乐”、“谢谢“及数字一到十。除此以外，大家还体验了中国书法，亲手为羊年的到来写下了“福”字。太极学习环节，孩子们认真学习太极拳的相关动作，积极主动了解太极承载的文化内涵，现场气氛十分活跃。

两个小时的活动在轻松愉悦的氛围中画上了圆满的句号，得到了St Teresas Catholic师生们的一致好评。大家纷纷表示希望诺丁汉孔子学院以后能举办更多类似活动。诺丁汉孔子学院也将继续赴当地其他中小学开展中国新年工作坊活动，传播中国文化。
Nottingham Confucius Institute successfully held a Chinese New Year Workshop in St Teresas Catholic Primary School
On 3rd March, Chinese New Year Workshop was carried out in St Teresas Catholic Primary School by Nottingham Confucius Institute, which brought more than 70 year-two students a chance to experience the joy of Chinese New Year culture.
The students not only enjoyed the story of the Chinese Zodiac and the story of Nian, but also learnt how to say hello, Happy New Year and thank you in Chinese. Students also experienced Chinese calligraphy and wrote the Chinese character “Fu” by themselves. In Tai Chi session, children learned some basic movements and got the chance to know the spirit of Taichi.
The event lasted two hours and ended in a warm atmosphere, which received lots of acclaim from the teachers and students of St Teresas Catholic Primary School. Nottingham Confucius Institute will continue to go to other local schools to carry out Chinese New Year workshops and contribute to Nottingham local Chinese cultural transmission.
